DMCA Policy
Remplenish Reviews ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are properly provided to us.
This policy outlines the information that should be included in a DMCA notice and counter-notice to us. It is our policy to expeditiously remove content that infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of a proper notification of copyright infringement. We also have a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, subscribers and account holders who are repeat infringers.
Filing a DMCA Notice (Copyright Infringement Claim)
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Remplenish Reviews in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including its title, author, and registration number (if applicable).
- Identification of the infringing material: Provide a description of the material that you claim is infringing and its location on Remplenish Reviews, including the specific URL(s) or other identifying information that will allow us to locate the material.
- Contact information of the complaining party: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief: A statement that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: And the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Remplenish Reviews may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Electronic or physical signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Please send your Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent via our Contact Us page, indicating that your inquiry is a DMCA counter-notification.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notification. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member, or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notification, at our sole discretion.
